The easiest way to prevent you from food allergy is Never Eat Out! This is not always possible practically, if you are traveling etc. But there are ways to prevent yourself even when eating out.

  • Avoid eating readymade food.
  • It will be wise to avoid buffets due to close proximity of various types of food items.
  • Good to avoid restaurants that server food that you are very definitely allergic to.
  • Take recommendations from dieticians and doctors regularly.

Avoiding Dust Mite Allergies

Dust Mites are those tiny organisms that are found in dust. Dust allergy is the most common allergy found in majority people. Dust Allergy is very difficult to prevent when outside but it can be minimized at home.

Here are some ways to do so:

  • Pillow covers and bed sheets must be regularly washed with hot water to keep them free from dust mites. You can also try using some germicidal.
  • Avoid heavy blankets as they make a good home for the dust mites.
  • Keep your carpets clean by washing them regularly.
  • As far as possible avoid keeping pets at home.
  • If possible use furniture that can be actually washed, if not wipe it regularly with wet cloth.
  • Avoid furniture that will collect dust like a heavily padded sofa.
